Personalized Therapeutic Yoga
A space to slow down, listen and reconnect with your body. Each session is designed to meet you where you are - whether you are navigating stress, fatigue, pain or a deeper sense that something in your system is asking for attention.
Through a personalized blend of yoga, breathwork, aromatherapy, therapeutic touch, and nervous system regulation, we begin to unwind patterns, restore balance, and create space for healing.

How we work together
We start with establishing an understanding of your unique constitution, current challenges and what goals you would like to pursue. From there each session is tailored to support your body and mind in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
Sessions may include:
Gentle, therapeutic movement
Breathwork (pranayama)
Nervous system regulation
Restorative practices
Assisted stretches (when appropriate)
Lifestyle or Ayurvedic-informed guidance (when appropriate)
Aromatherapy (when appropriate)
